What you can expect

Registering for the CPBA certification training class with CCG Leadership Institute is the first step in vital professional advancement. The CPBA certification training program (Learn) is a two-science certification (DISC and 12 Driving Forces) that equips you with the skillset to determine the “how and why” of human behavior and engagement. The virtual training and certification will:

  • Instruct on the industry’s most highly regarded tools and sought-after certification in Behavior Analysis and Driving Forces Analysis
  • Teach best practices, time-tested techniques and proven strategies to place yourself at the cutting edge of your industry
  • Provide real life application scenarios including: communication, team building, selection and hiring, and other developmental situations

Upon completion of the training modules and practice exams, you are eligible to take the TTI Success Insights CPBA certification exams in succession – first DISC, followed by 12 Driving Forces.  The exams will test your knowledge of DISC and 12 Driving Forces, and the application of behavioral knowledge based on TTI’s Style Insights® instrument.

Preparation for your training begins after you register for the class. You will receive an email with detailed instructions for accessing your Learn account. Your tuition includes all materials to ensure you have the resources and information needed to put your knowledge into practice right away. The CPBA is a two-year certification to ensure your skillset and understanding are apace with developing science from the CCG Learning Institute and TTI Success Insights partnership.
